Paris ALMA
Alma Proust is a flower farm, grown on an acre field that we rent from a larger farm. We have a local cidery at the top of our field, a herd of sheep next to it, a pond of fish at the end, and a family of ducks that waddle about. Run by Paris Alma and Milli Proust, we grow everything with an organic approach with sustainability at the forefront of every decision we make.
We had been running our own flower plots separately for over half a decade, growing flowers for weddings, events, bouquet deliveries and commissions from brands and personal clients. After a growing space loss and a baby, we both found ourselves in need of a business partner at the same time, and after a few months of helping each other out it felt right to gather our collective energies and shared vision and entwine them.
Driven by a love of flowers and the belief that beauty does not need to come at the expense of the environment, our aim it to get more sustainably-grown flowers in beautiful colour palettes into the hands of florists and to get our seeds into your hands so you too can grow beautiful flowers to fill your life with.

A Sweetpea obsessive, Paris loves nothing more than sowing the seeds, planning the field and dreaming big. Originally trained to be a dancer, Paris is meticulous and by the time she’s moved through the beds, everything is orderly and elegant once again. When not on the farm, you can still find Paris dancing, or knitting, or finding a beautiful spot to walk. If you’re a florist and you are buying your ingredients from us, it’s Paris you need, she knows where everything is and what’s flowering when.

Always searching for the most romantic ingredients to work with, Milli frequently asks Paris if we can just grow a whole field of roses. Can also be found scrabbling around in the hedgerows and in the ditches to find special little unassuming plants to weave into designs. If you’re after event and wedding flowers, it’s Milli you need, she will help you elevate your celebration to beautiful levels with memorable and thoughtful designs.
Led by seasons, we grow the best flowers for design work in interesting palettes of colour, making sustainable and scented flowers available for all the seasons. We grow many of the flowers and varieties you’d want and expect from your local flower grower, but we have also spent years sourcing and trialling more unusual and interesting ingredients for our own floristry work and for other designers to work with.
